This course is designed for complete beginners.
Have you thought about yoga before, but making that step from thought to studio has been too hard – for whatever reason?
Come and join us for this 3-hour course run over two 1.5-hour classes.
You will learn common yoga postures, those you will find in most every yoga class. Modifications for these postures so you can ensure you are getting the most out of the postures and practicing them in a safe way.
You will leave:
with a good understanding of yoga and if yoga is right for you.
with the confidence to step into any yoga class and progress your yoga practice.
