Come and join me for this 90minute workshop drawing on our creative spirit.
As grown-ups we find ourselves rushing from one thing to another, our thoughts begin to flow into the next, our days start to melt together and before you know it it’s nearly November and we are asking ourselves “where did the year go?”.
This workshop gives you the space to stop, and through creative play reconnect with your inner child, that part of you that lives in the moment, experiencing the joy of just being present.
We begin with color and Mandala art. Do you remember how much fun it is to sit and color? Creating art on paper can be really meditative and therapeutic. Art doesn’t have to be perfect, it doesn’t have to make sense and in the end, it doesn’t even have to be pretty. But it can help a person let go of those thoughts that do not serve them.
Following on from our Mandala art we move into a guided meditative flow. Learning to let your creativity flow, through Flow.
It is a little bit art, a little bit dance, a little bit asana – but it is all yoga!
